Tesla Resumes Production Against Alameda County Wishes, Musk Asked To Be The Only One Arrested.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced his Alameda county factory in California USA will resume manufacturing, against county officials rules.

This happened in the same day that US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said California should make sure that the most valuable electric carmaker Tesla Inc!. reopen its only US vehicle factory if it wants to keep the company in its state.

Tesla was allowed to resume manufacturing according to new rules by the state of California but Alameda County officials somehow overrode that rules and forbid Tesla to resume production.

Elon’s decision to resume production against county officials attracts both negative and positive responses. Some applauded Mr. Musk’s decision to stand by his company, while others call him greedy.

There is an ongoing battle battle between Tesla and Alameda Country officials in the court of law. Tesla filed a lawsuit against Alameda County for not allowing the company to restart operations at its factory based in Fremont, California, and CEO Elon Musk threatened to move Tesla’s headquarters to Nevada or Texas.

“If anyone is arrested, I ask that it only be me” – Elon Musk

Yesterday, Musk confirmed Tesla was restarting production against Alameda County rules, adding that he’d be on the line with everyone else and if anyone was arrested, he asked that it only be him. The Final Round panel discusses.

In another news, Musk made Richard Miller, who was director of paint operations at Tesla, head of production at the factory, according to an internal email leaked by an employee on Monday. This happens as Musk defied local regulations and reopened Tesla’s factory in Fremont, California.
